About The Event
This class is anyone who is curious and eager to explore the transformative power of breath work, especially beginners. This workshop welcomes individuals from all walks of life who are looking to enhance their stress management skills, and cultivate inner calm with evidenced based breathing techniques.
This is a 6 week program composed of 2 training sessions a week.

Harvey was introduced to breath work through the study of yoga while living in Hawaii. At the same time he was learning to free dive and began to make connections in these two disciplines. The application of breath regulation taught in free diving aided in being able to stay under water longer with ease. The awareness and connection to the breath taught in yoga made him acutely aware of his stress and offered a sense of calm. This synergistic experience changed his life. From that point forward Harvey dedicated himself to learning as much as possible about the science and art of Breathing and Meditation. Taking insight from ancient breathing practices and combining it with cutting edge science Harvey has created a simplified method for harnessing the power of breath.
As a seasoned breathwork and meditation teacher, Harvey seamlessly weaves together his experiences from underwater exploration, sports performance and yogic practices to offer a holistic approach to managing stress and enhancing overall well-being. Devoted to the art and science of breathing, Harvey believes that breathing and meditation shouldn't be complicated and teaches evidenced based protocols while guiding you to develop your own style and personal approach. His compassionate teachings go beyond mere instruction, as he aims to inspire individuals to embrace a life of mindfulness and self-care.
