Indulge your senses in a candlelit evening of scents, sounds, and relaxation. Jennifer will gently guide you through fully supported poses designed to release stress, promote healing and cultivate a deep sense of relaxation and meditative rejuvenation.

Get ready to step into 90 minutes of ultimate bliss!
This deeply related state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of a Gong and Tibetan singing bowl massage an immersive sound bath and essential oils.
During your experience you will:
*Notice worries, stress and chronic pain subside
*Relax and open the body with fully supported yoga poses.
*Achieve a state of deep relaxation and healing on a deep energetic level.
This healing session will focus on tapping into and listening to your own intuition
Some yoga mats, bolster, pillows, blankets, and yoga blocks will be available. However, if you have any of the above, it is recommended you bring your own. We will not have enough props for everyone, so please bring whatever you have.
