About this Event
Looking for a way to melt away stress and improve your mood? We have just the thing! This unique month long journey is designed to melt away stress and help you regain flow in your body, mind and soul. Jennifer has created a deeply nourishing soulful experience that combines a yummy candlelight slow flow yoga class with deeply healing restorative yoga poses, that will incorporate sound healing and meditation all in a weekly 75 min “flow and let go” class.
This month long journey to release the old and regain, or deepen your flow in life, begins Wednesday May 4th at 6:00pm. Mays Midweek Melt will be held each Wednesday in May (the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th) from 6:00-7:15pm. The remaining months Midweek Melt is $75. Pre-registration is highly recommended, as all previous classes have sold out. Drop in tickets are limited.
