Class will be held for 4 Sundays 11:30am-1:30pm April 27th, May 4th, 11th & 18th
Being pregnant, labor and birth are all very individual experiences that come with many questions, fear and misinformation from your well meaning family, friends and media. But the good news is that your body and baby are made for this and with a little bit of knowledge and confidence you can have the birth that feels empowering and right for you. Take charge over your body, decisions and birth by preparing yourself and your birth partner with evidence based information, role play the what-ifs and formulate a plan for anything that might arise (or at least an agreement as to how to navigate any situation).
This class is meant for you and the main person you want to be there with you during labor and birth. This could be your husband, partner, friend, mother, etc.
