If you’re reading this you must be interested in learning more about pregnancy labor & birth. That’s great! You’ve come to the right spot.
Being pregnant, labor and birth are all very individual experiences that come with many questions, fear and misinformation from your well meaning family, friends and media. But the good news is that your body and baby are made for this and with a little bit of knowledge and confidence you can have the birth that feels empowering and right for you. Take charge over your body, decisions and birth by preparing yourself and your birth partner with evidence based information, role play the what-ifs and formulate a plan for anything that might arise (or at least a plan on how to manage any situation).
