We have all the gear, you just need to bring yourself, an open mind and maybe a friend. Yoga is all about connecting your mind, breath and body. It doesn’t matter if you’re flexible or fit, we have props to help. Enjoy a welcoming space to move, breathe and connect. If you’ve never done yoga before or it’s been awhile this is the perfect opportunity.
