Creating Clear Intentions

This fun and creative workshop will provide you with the avenue to envision and design your clear intentions for 2019!!🔆

While engaged in a comfortable environment and utilizing current proven strategies, you will create your own pathway that reflects your personal values and vision for the upcoming year! We will Incorporate up to date, neuroscience techniques of gentle movement and cognitive reinforcement to solidify these intentions into reality. We will each create our own vision board and use as a visual road map to manifest a prosperous and intention filled 2019!
