About this Event
This fun and creative workshop will provide you with the avenue to envision and declare your intentions for 2023!!🔆
While engaged in a comfortable environment and utilizing current proven strategies, you will create your own pathway that reflects your personal values and vision for the upcoming year! We will Incorporate up to date, neuroscience techniques of gentle movement and cognitive reinforcement to solidify these intentions into reality. We will each create our own vision board and use as a visual road map to manifest a prosperous and intention filled 2023!
You will receive:
🔆Direct instruction in breathing exercises to clear your mind.
🔆Guides Exercise to explore and declare your life values
🔆Learn a movement technique to embed these intentions to your nervous system based on current neuroscienceÂ
🔆All the supplies to create and take home your own vision board
