Families will come together to dance, laugh, and move, promoting physical activity, coordination, and most importantly, bonding. The incredible and insightful Michelle Maring will lead this event.

About this Event
Why dance? We use music to calm and soothe, to express love and joy, and to engage and interact. Music and movement can help improve social-emotional skills, strengthen motor development, stimulate the body and mind to work together, practice self-expression, and emotionally regulate. Music encourages the strengthening of memory, and brain development, as well as language skills by learning the sounds and meanings of words! Families can build on these natural instincts by connecting through music, and by dancing and moving! This family dance party will offer a safe space to express through movement, and to dance and play TOGETHER.
What to bring: Wear comfy clothing or your favorite costume, bare feet or socks, water bottle.
