About this Event
This years theme for International Yoga Day is “Yoga for Women Empowerment” so bring the women in your life, mom, daughter, aunt to practice with us or even just to be present while we flow and breath together. This is not just for women! Everyone is invited as we enjoy yoga outside.
Bring your yoga mat or something to practice on, water and comfortable clothes.
