About this Event
Self-defense classes specifically designed for kids with instructor Gloriela and Dave Woods. Every Sunday 3:10-4:05pm for 6 weeks.
Join us for an empowering and fun Kids Self-Defense Class! In these interactive sessions, children will learn essential self-defense techniques, build confidence, and develop awareness skills. Our experienced instructor(s) will create a supportive environment where kids can learn and have a great time. This class is suitable for kids aged 16 and under. No prior self-defense experience is required.
One of the biggest concerns expressed by parents is bullying in schools. As a former school teacher, Dave knows that teachers and other school staff do their best to manage this but have a difficult time doing so due to liability concerns and other difficulties.
