About this Event
Meet Geneva, RN, certified pre/postnatal yoga instructor and childbirth educator, and get information on her upcoming pregnancy related classes. Find out if yoga during and after pregnancy is right for you. Find out if her childbirth classes are a good fit. There will be a drawing for prizes including free yoga and childbirth education classes.
Healthy food will be provided.
General schedule for the evening:
6-6:30pm introductions, share stories
6:30-7:30pm eat, presentation from Geneva (Her background and birth story. Why yoga? Why is childbirth education so important? Short breathing/mindfulness practice)
7:30-8pm raffle drawing, class sign ups, Q&A, mingle
