About this Event
MBSR offers participants the possibility to develop a different relationship to stress resulting from chronic physical and psychological pain and fear. We learn to cope with stress, pain and the challenges of everyday life, and be fully present and alive to enjoy this moment. More than 3 decades of scientific research indicates that MBSR can improve physical health and emotional wellbeing, reducing depression and anxiety.
