Mommy (or daddy) and Me Yoga

Bring your little one to yoga at Riverside Park in Kernville. Get your body moving and your breath flowing while your little one follows along, plays in the grass or climbs all over you, whatever ends up happening you’ll feel good after getting outside, meeting other parents and taking time to move with your kiddo. This will be laid back and playful while highlighting the yoga goods.

Bring a mat for you and your little one (if they’re at an age where they’ll use their own) or something to practice on, water, comfortable clothes and sun protection.

This is a donation based class. Cash donations will also be accepted in person.
