This class moves at a slower pace and incorporates both standing and Mat Pilates work. Our goal will be to enhance your strength, balance and body awareness so that you can leave feeling more confident and capable. Chair support is also incorporated as needed.

Required: A yoga/pilates mat
Optional: Water bottle, towel and extra padding (ie.. for knees, hands)
