Paws and Give Thanks

Participants will learn a few simple behavior management strategies and helpful tips to ensure a stress-fee holiday gathering for family, guests, and pets!

This will be a demonstration class for human students only. Please leave your pet at home, Liz will teach with her working dog, Luca. 

We will address the following, some with live dog demonstrations (please leave your pets at home).

• Preventing dogs' over-excitement, barking, and jumping when guests arrive
• Helping socially-anxious dogs feel more comfortable in a house full of guests
• Dogs underfoot in in the kitchen and begging at the dinner table
• Involving our pets in holiday fun and festivities!

Human students will recieve a handout with the tips and tricks we cover in the workshop and a goody bag with tiny training treats to help practice at home with their pooch!
