Pilates Strength 5-Week Program Online

Pilates Strength is a 55 minute full body Mat based workout that incorporates Pilates principles, functional strength exercises, and dynamic movements. Each class is tailored to the group and sequenced to work all the major muscles groups leaving you feeling strong and empowered.

About this Event

Join us for this fun and challenging Pilates workout incorporating the classical repertoire with contemporary movements. This program is 5-weeks long on Tuesday's beginning February 8th. (This is for 5 weeks at a discounted price)

No Pilates experience is required, but a willingness to move with intent and energy. Students should be able to get up from and down to the floor without assistance, as well as be on hands and knees. Required: A yoga/pilates mat

Optional: Water bottle, towel and extra padding (ie.. for knees, hands)
