Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation and Sound Healing

Get ready to step in to 90 minutes of ultimate bliss! 

If you are new to restorative or zen yoga, it is simply the art of allowing or being, rather than doing. During our time together you will be guided in to a deep state of relaxation through gentle yoga poses that are assisted by blankets, yoga blocks and pillows or bolsters. Kind of like when you settle on to on the couch to watch a long movie. 

You position yourself to find your sweet spot and then you relax! In restorative yoga I guide you in to a series of poses that deeply relax you allowing the body to release long held tension, stress and worry and bring you in to a state of energetic balance and wellness. Additionally, to guide you further in to this state of wellbeing, I will be leading you through guided meditations, and a singing bowl sound healing to enhance your healing experience. You will leave our time together feeling renewed, relaxed, and rejuvenated with a more balanced body and mind.

Some yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets and yoga blocks will be available. However if you have any of the above, it is recommended you bring your own. We will not have enough props for everyone, so please bring whatever you have.

In person yoga class is limited to vaccinated individuals. Must register in advance, no drop in class available.
