About this Event
6-week class series for beginner and intermediate levels. Poses are held while making subtle adjustments to anatomical alignment and moderating the breath. Props help students work within their limits and more deeply experience poses and their benefits. Participants will get a workout and feel more open and relaxed after practicing this style, a great option for people with injuries or other reasons to work slowly and methodically.
Attendees will meet weekly on Saturdays at 8:30 AM for this in-person yoga event, masking optional.
To Bring:
Mat, strap*, 2 blocks; blanket(s) and eye bag* (optional)
*you may purchase your own strap and silk eye bag at checkout.
Options for sign-up:
- 12 session drop in (mix and match Saturday & Tuesday yoga - must reserve your space in advance of attendance)
