About this Event
Jennifer will be offering another deeply meditative journey of sound. Relax, restore and renew with a 90 minute Sound Bath including 2 gongs, 8 singing bowls, 1 buffalo drum and numerous other instruments. Each instrument is specifically tuned to calm the nervous system and help the body and mind live in a state of peace and wellness.
