About this Event
Join us for an engaging and interactive Sourdough Workshop at Riverstone Wellness Center! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this workshop is designed to teach you the art of crafting delicious sourdough bread from scratch with instructor Chloe Belman. You'll learn about the fermentation process, kneading techniques, and how to achieve the perfect golden crust.
Every participant will receive a complete kit to continue baking at home, including:
A proofing basket, mixing bowl, bench scraper, and scoring blade
Active sourdough starter
A loaf of sourdough ready to bake
The dough you mix during the workshop to finish and bake at home
