About this Event
We will meet at Riverside park in Kernville to welcome spring! All levels welcome. Bring your yoga mat, blanket or towel to practice on. Also be sure to bring water and weather appropriate clothing, layers suggested. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the mind, the body and the universe specifically when nature is undergoing change.
This is a donation based community event, pay what you can or just show up. Cash donations will also be accepted in person.
