About this Event

Tai Chi is a practice that will help you remember to relax.  The slow gentle movements are good for all sorts of health concerns and truly brings your mind, body, and spirit together.

This group will meet on Sundays for one hour. 

In the event of a class needing to be re-scheduled students will be notified in advance. 

This is great for anyone wishing to improve their physical and mental health.  Minimum age 7.  Ideally should be able to stand / walk for at least 30 minutes.

Instructor; David Woods:

"Dave" began training in martial arts in 1993, and has continued, non-stop.  He is a certified instructor in Krav Maga through ICSU and a Kung Fu Master (since 2007).  Dave has trained extensively in many other martial arts including Brazilian JiuJitsu, MMA, Judo, Shaolin, etc., to ensure that he provides the best self-defense training possible.  Also, Dave speaks Spanish and…
