About this Event
6-week class series for beginner and intermediate levels. Poses are held while making subtle adjustments to anatomical alignment and moderating the breath. Props help students work within their limits and more deeply experience poses and their benefits. Participants will get a workout and feel more open and relaxed after practicing this style, a great option for people with injuries or other reasons to work slowly and methodically.
Attendees will meet weekly on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM for this in-person yoga event, masking optional.
To Bring:
Mat, strap, 2 blocks; blanket(s) and eye bag optional

- 12 session drop in (mix and match Saturday yoga, Tuesday yoga, Tuesday Pilates or Thursday Pilates - must reserve your space in advance of attendance)
