Empower yourself with our Women’s Self-Defense Class! Join us for a comprehensive session designed to teach practical self-defense techniques, enhance situational awareness, and build confidence. Our instructors are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for women of all ages (17-older) and fitness levels. This class will include situational safety, getting out of holds, keeping a cool head, and keeping yourself safe! Exceptional Instructors Dave and Gloriela will guide you and create the opportunity for deep learning and practice. Not to be missed.
