This 55-minute class is more than just a weekly fitness class. It’s an opportunity to build a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. During this 6 week program, we will meet once a week for a low-impact workout. In addition, each week we will focus on a healthy habit that we can incorporate into our daily lives. You will also be provided a journal and encouraged to track your progress. Weekly videos will be available for home workouts. While the program is designed for a 6-week commitment, students are welcome to purchase single sessions and join weekly. Required: A yoga/pilates mat; Optional: Water bottle, towel and extra padding (ie.. for knees, hands)
