Mindful Yoga Practice
Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice that offers many physical and mental health benefits and increasing relevance amidst challenging modern times. When we move our body with loving awareness, our consciousness has a chance to merge with and enliven each body part -- from the soles of the feet to the palms of the hands and everything in between. An attentive mind can notice when and where the body communicates tension, opening, limits and needs. Feel free to modify any movements or postures where necessary to make them more accessible.
