Mindfulness Practice for Overwhelm: Tapping (EFT)

Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) works by stimulating energy hot spots in the body and rebalancing the energetic imbalances that cause emotional distress and physical pain. This is one example of a simple tapping sequence to practice and use when needed.
