Dana Dostal is a Certified Massage Therapist who is passionate about sharing the healthy benefits of massage.

My hope is to assist in the health and well-being of each client and bring an enhanced inner peace that spreads to our community. I believe massage is more of an investment in ourselves than an expense. In a stress induces society, massage offers relief from anxiety and stress, lowers the risk of heart ailments, improves circulation throughout our bodies, helps strengthen our immune system, gives relief from sleep disorders, reduces pain and so much more.
I am trained in various massage modalities that enable me to provide a customized session geared toward each client's specific massage goal. I am fervent in my continued education to ensure proper utilization of my training and experience in each therapeutic session.
I am a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). AMTA is the largest nonprofit, professional association serving massage therapists, massage students and massage schools. This means our membership dollars are invested back into the profession through research, advocacy and promotion of the health benefits of massage to the general public and health care community.

Clients can choose from the following;
Deep Tissue Massage - Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Swedish Massage - Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage - Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Sports Massage - Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.
