Yoga with Vanessa
Vanessa Green is a local and experienced Registered Yoga Teacher
(E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.
In 2007, Vanessa studied Hatha Yoga in the Iyengar-style under Eileen Muir at Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts in Northampton, Massachusetts. Her areas of knowledge and interest include Yoga Philosophy, Experiential Anatomy, Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Hormonal Fluctuations, Perinatal Yoga, Yoga Therapeutics, and Meditation.
Vanessa is also a DONA International-trained Postpartum Doula, helping soften the edges around the first few weeks and/or months of caring for a newborn. Learn more about her postpartum support at GreenDoula.com. Vanessa offers yoga at no cost on Fridays at the KRV Branch Library in Lake Isabella.
